The Shops at Seabridge Marina

The Shops at Seabridge Marina is a high-end specialty retail and office project which commenced in July of 2007. The complex is located on the Chennel Islands Harbor as part of the highly successful Seabridge Master Planned Community and is anchored by 24-Hour Fitness, Me & Ed’s Pizza, Marble Slab Creamery, Fantasic Chicken and local favorite Yolanda’s Mexican Restaurant. The project will contain two 2-story buildings totaling 65,000 sq. ft., located directly on the waterfront at the main entrance to the Marina. Construction is projected to be completed by the second quarter of 2008.
